I don't think it is a scam like the others on this page. annualcreditreport I believe they charge report the credit Minnesota a hefty fee but really are able to negotiate with Credit Card companies/etc. Someone once explained to me that the CC companies, etc. generally won't talk to the person holding the debt but will talk report the credit Minnesota to a 3rd party on their behalf. So this company provides this service and then integrates their fees in with their new negotiated monthly payment.
